Data and purpose. I process your name, email, message and optional company name to handle and respond to your request. Required fields allow me to respond; company details are optional. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Legal basis. My legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send me (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). For quotes or service requests, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Sending this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Providers and transfers. Webflow processes and stores the form and sends the notification; Google handles email. Cloudflare Turnstile protects against spam and may process technical device and connection data. These providers operate internationally, including in the United States; their documents describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable: Webflow · Google · Cloudflare.
Retention. I retain the information while handling your enquiry and afterwards only as necessary to meet legal obligations or address potential liabilities. If a contractual relationship follows, the retention periods for that relationship apply.
Your rights. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing at nico@toobadgames.com. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to your situation. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority. These enquiries are not used for automated decisions with legal effects.
